I know, I know..

I've been hitting the same numbers for a while on a bunch of excersizes..

I'll quit babying myself, I promise..

This squat thing is really disillusioning.. As is the deadlift form problem

Can you post up some videos? You've been lifting for a few months. You need to get those wrinkles in your form ironed out.

Trouble is there is NOBODY around whenever I go to work out..

But I can always just set it on something flat farther out..

Really noticing the water gain from the Creatine..

I'm sure some of it is due to the binging over the holidays, but 15lbs in 1 month?!
