Weight 228 Well, that's it.. Too many gut jokes from the wife.. :) It IS getting big, and even my face is puffy.. Getting off the Creatine, and I'm going to cut down to 3000 cals a day.. I'll see if I can get down to 215, and when I do I'll get my body fat index measured again.. 3 mile run (6 mph, 5 min. w/u and cool down) Man, I gotta get back on the wagon, cardio-wise.. The 3 mile walks are nothing compared to a run, 40lbs pack or no! I was dyin'! :( Time to put runs back in the rotation.. PUSH-UPS 27, 10, 10 All I had the energy for.. |

Looks like you keep doing the same weights each workout. You're spinning your wheels if that's the case.
