today didn't get to start my roy jones routine... i'm probably gonna end up trying the 4 mile jog wednesday morning before school.
went to my friends house and maxed out at 145... did 50 reps of 100 on the bench then did 50 hammer curls. had a whey protein shake, banana, steak and eggs and then proceeded with 2 x 50 sit-ups, 75 crunches, 25 leg raises.
need to eat more...

um... nothing really new.. gonna take me a while to get back into my gluttonous over-indulging bodybuilding diet 'cause i just got my braces tightened the other day... can't really eat. got a benchpress though... so as soon as i get that assembled i gotta go back out for a weight set and bars.

didn't do much today... hoping to go big on wednesday since i got a half day from school. i did some reps of benching, even though i did 4 sets of 20 lbs. with 110 yesterday on the bench... then 2 sets of 20 declines with the same weight. got a heavy bag today... getting gloves soon and then hanging the bag from the ceiling... that'll be my cardio i guess.

well anyway, i'm still keeping up a regular routine of benchpressing, declines and (just recently) inclines... even been working out legs! well... other that that been trying to eat as much as possible too. i'll try and post a routine soon.

did militarys, shoulder exercises at gold's, forearm squeezes, and curled a 50 lb. barbell a few times. came back home to do incline, decline and regular benching, now... some triceps.

starting to use my supply of creatine again... got some more weight for my benchpress and gonna be doing arms today. i'll post some pics soon of before and after or whatever.

man, max at 165 now. 10 more pounds for body weight. working out legs now, last time i did it i could barely even walk afterwards.
