I didn't bother reading all 17 pages of it. I know what I know and a bunch of good docs have told me what to do regarding my chaffing.

FlyUSMC: Putting nut powder in the summer is cool. If you apply it during the winter, your skin will shrivel up and dry. Yes, I do use nut powder but that is because my 26" wheels are so large they ALWAYS rub against it each other. And the only way I want to avoid chaffing myself and walking around as if someone has shoved a stick up my ass is to use Johnsons & Johnson's baby powder. Grooming is a complicated process.
you guys both missed the shoutbox convo with me her and monsta. she was getting all whiney and grossed out because we were talking about pooping

I love the jackass in the background doing triceps work while checking himself out in the mirror during Set 6.

You don't see too many people pulling singles with that sort of technique. If all youtube vids were like this..it would be a better source.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Fall 2008 Training
Mesocycle 1 - Week 3

Extra Workout

Beginning Thoughts:
I was in a bit of a grumpy mood today going into the workout...
Workout:
Overhead Squats:
65 lbs x 3 reps x 8 sets
95 lbs x 2 reps x 3 sets
I have recorded the 3 sets with 95 lbs. Somehow today my form (IMO) was pretty shitty and I could not get it right. Pretty upsetting...

Unilateral Box Squats:
12 reps x 2 sets
Push-ups:
15 reps x 2 sets

Dumbbell Step-ups:
20 lbs x 15 reps x 2 sets
Chin-ups:
5 reps x 2 sets

Dumbbell Figure 8 Crunches:
10 lbs x 17 reps x 2 sets

Walking Dumbbell Lunges:
25 lbs x 15 reps x 1 set
Front Planks:
60 seconds x 1 set
Videos:
Overhead Squats:
Overall Impression:
This was probably one of THE most tiring workouts I have ever done.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend!
