I think you OH squats look great. 110 is really something to be proud of. It says a lot about your core stability and mobility.
I would like to see you have more stability in the hips. I know that sounds funny, lol, since I keep harping on hip mobility. I'd really like to see you put those pistols on the front burner. That will be just the thing for your hips. |
