Squat Day
Cycle 17 Overall Impression: diet today was absolutely horrible. i hadn't eaten any protein whatsoever before my workout. all i had was 50 grams of whey 20 minutes before my workout. oh well...im gonna hog tonight :DThe Workout: Mobility Drills |

all you need to do is watch the p90x infomercial....that will motivate you for better abs ;)

That was good thinking through a squat workout. Unless you want to do the 4 squat (or three squat) routine you should probably stick to doing your max work first and then the front squats second. If you want to do the other squats first then you have to "build up" as you go instead of going for very heavy weights on the one's building up to the heaviest squats.

Cycle 17 Overall Impression: i didn't feel like going to the gym...i had to write a 12-20 page paper (i wrote 16 pages plus bibliography, appendix, coversheet, index, etc etc) for today and i started doing it last night....i was in no mood to go to the gym..but i dragged myself anyways.The Workout: Superset 1 |
