Beginning Thoughts:
My entire posterior chain is sooo sore today I am surprised I was able to even lift the barbell for Deadlifts. In other news...Hancock releases today and although I do not have high hopes for this movie, I do predict it to be better than Wanted. I am gonna go see it tomorrow ![Smile](https://www.bodybuilding.net/images/smilies/smile.gif)
On a side note, as per this program, I have to do the following for Deadlifts in the upcoming weeks:
Week 3 = 6 sets x 5 reps
Week 4 = 2 sets x 5 reps
The problem is: I am going back home to Bombay during these two weeks (and for the first 2-3 weeks of Phase 3 of Maximum Strength) and the barbells I have back home do not have the amazing knurling my school gym barbells do. So, I will probably lower the weight if the chalk I use doesn't work out for me. Workout:
Started off with 5x5 on Broad Jumps...these were kinda hard actually. I don't know the distance I jumped but I did try to jump the most I could.
Followed that with some 5x5 Deadlifts. I was supposed to do elevated deadlifts but I didn't know what to elevate them with. So I have made a modification and I am going to be doing regular deadlifts right now and once I fly back to Bombay I will do elevated deadlifts for the remaining 2 weeks of this Phase. Videos for todays Deadlifts are right here, but before that I want to mention some things. Firstly, I am not quite certain about my form. I believe I should've used more leg drive on some sets/reps if not on all. Ok, here go the vids;

Then, it was time for some Reverse Lunges and Palloof Presses. Both exercises are awesome IMO ![Smile](https://www.bodybuilding.net/images/smilies/smile.gif) Overall Impression:
I hope everyone is having a good week so far ![Smile](https://www.bodybuilding.net/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Actually, when I go back home, in my gym in Bombay, I am not allowed to do that...So I'm going to have quite a problem deloading the weights safely lol.

umm....
In terms of gyms...no no difference.
I cant answer this question without qualifying certain things...I'm from Bombay. This is not India. We don't really care about the rest of India very much. 80% of India's GDP is earned by Bombay alone. 7th largest city in the world. It's a lot like New York in terms of Public Transport but looks-wise it's like LA. I love Bombay (3rd generation born and raised there). We function very different in Bombay....women & men are more or less equal, women can do whatever they want....it's a very safe city....It has the most number of millionaires and billionaires per squat foot so you'll have a multi-millionaire's huge mansion neighbouring a poor man's apartment....it's very diverse. People come in from all over India and so there is no "orthodox" society...night clubs are fucking amazing..much better than San Antonio lol.
It's a great city...I can put some cool pics if you like

i bet i fuck up on the FIRST rep lol....
nah...i'm gonna get those yoga mats, and use them as bumpers
so when i drop the weights, they won't destroy the concrete floor.
although its funny...my gym is located on the 5th floor of a huge building. i wonder which genius thought that lifting up there would be the best idea for stability. stupid civil engineers.

Just so you know...
The unit weight of concrete is about 2400kg/m^3 and the lower floors of any large building are the strongest (they have to hold up the weight of all the floors above them). The concrete floor you're lifting on doesn't even know you're there.
