Pity: I loved the movie too. It was awesome and one of the best superhero movies I have ever seen.

Beginning Thoughts:
I am going to be reworking my diet come tomorrow....Lets see...I feel like eating a lot so this might be a bit of a problem
Workout:
Speed Military Presses @ 60% = 95 lbs x 3 reps x 10 sets
I was supposed to use 50% but this whole kilo-to-pound conversion thing made me miscalculate the weight. So I guess I did more than what I was supposed to.

Close Grip Bench Presses = 180 lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets, 160 lbs x 5 reps x 2 sets
Rows

Inverted Rows and Scapular Push-ups
Overall Impression:
Good workout today. CGBP was awesome!

Looking forward to my next two days. Gonna be taking them off completely.

Hope everyone has a good monday

Haha....thanks guys....

Yeah the bench is an ok exercise. I figure that whether I like it or not I am going to have to like some of it atleast because otherwise it will be a damn difficult task for me to break that OH Press....So I might as well like a little bit of it on the way

Haha that's funny. I remember the last time you ranted about hating bench press, I felt the same way. And now that you're not minding it quite as much, I feel the same way you do again.

Funny coincidence indeed, Ross...

BTW: I saw The Dark Knight again today...with my mum...Now that all the movies I have been dying to see have been released and I have seen, I am trying to find upcoming movies now. The only movie I missed so far is Hell Boy II but it is releasing in Mumbai in August...So I wonder what's next

Cheers y'all!

Its good to see you back on board with bench. Its a good tool to use for strength training and will pay off in your MP I bet.
