Hmmm...I am thinking of using wrist straps. I think they'll help more because they can act as cushioning gloves and help with transferring some of the weight off my hands..

Umm...yeah rack deads were extremely heavy. I don't think I'll be able to top them for a while lol...
regarding the squats...yeah the butt wink is there. I have to be careful about that. I keep worrying about the depth police here lol....no, speaking of depth, after sitting on that 4.5 hour flight from mumbai to dubai and then the 17 hour flight from dubai to houston (direct flight) i was so dehydrated and malnutritioned that my entire body is extremely stiff and i feel like an old man lol....im taking today as an off. i'll do my upper 1 tomorrow. now that i have a somewhat set schedule and i dont need to juggle workouts as much i have more option to take rest days and still keep the cycle rolling
