I don't understand.

The book says "9 singles >90%"

My 1RM is 365 lbs.

90% of 365 lbs = 328.5 lbs

I took 335 lbs.

335 lbs is 91.8% of my 1RM

Did I do something wrong?

No. I didn't do the math is all.

But you said that that was "@ 90%" so that's why I said that.

All the reps don't have to be exactly the same of course. But in the case of these deads it's doubtful you could have increased it.

However intensity is job one. I would never sacrifice intensity for volume whether singles or anything else.

So in the future, regardless of what EC prescribed here, keep that in mind. I'd rather see you pull six heavier singles than 9 lighter singles..even if that means you adjust the subsequent weeks accordingly.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

since you didn't alternate your grip through both hands.....you're soooooooo totally gonna have grip imbalances in the future.

so i hope you hold your spoon in your right hand.

Well I wasn't paying enough attention.

Given what you have been doing then what you did was right. But if I had known I would have said on the first peaking week to go heavier and then adjust the remaining weeks.

But even given that, so what if last time was 5 and this time was 6 or 7...if it's heavier.

I get scared to alternate my grip. I have always considered grip being a weakness of mine. So I try not to mess with that. I fear failure.

This is the last peaking week. Next week I have to do a deload-ish workout. And then I plan on phasing out my max-outs depending on how I am feeling. For the past 2 weeks we've being doing Anderson Squats.

I don't understand what you mean by "But even given that, so what if last time was 5 and this time was 6 or 7...if it's heavier."

Wait...there was only one other week of deadlifting. So even more you could have gone heavier. Not that it won't work, mind you.
