Beginning Thoughts: I decided to just nail this day. Box Squats, Pull-ups, Deadlifts and Broad Jump. Nice work. I feel that unless I'm adding chains or something to rack pulls, it's doesn't help me beyond teaching me how to strain more when I go back to another form of deadlift.

I know what you mean...I did rack pulls with 350+ for multiple sets of 5 over 4 weeks, I even did Snatch Grip Deads with 275 for 5's.... I would actually invest in some bands. Chains I don't think I can afford or find the place to store right now. But I saw the monster mini's at EFS are cheap. I just don't know what band I should get. What would you suggest, D? |

I would try DLs again on another day that you haven't done squats first. I think you've got 385lbs in the bag.
