Be careful with the knees. I just got back with the doc and they told me I have an arthritic right knee with bone spurs and possible ligament damage. I have an MRI consult within the next couple of days. Guess squats will have to wait a little bit.

im sorry to hear that. my right knee wasnt hurting a lot or rather at all after my workout yesterday (which is where i think i hurt it) but then last night i ran like half a mile playing flag football and then everytime i sit down right when my ass is about to hit the seat it gives me this dull sharp pain. same thing happens when i get up. but if im sitting cross legged or doing any of my regular stretches for hams and quads both there's no problem. no pain. its like my knee itself is sore but not quite. ive never felt this before so i dont know what to make of it. the only thing close to this is when i guess my knees got sore from squatting 3x a week on the texas method. but even then it wasnt so bad. i wonder whats wrong...maybe some time off will do me good.
