Do you ever have avocados or almond butter? I would add in some good fats.

What is your weight at?

Time to get serious again, you have money in this

Yeah Slayer, I love avocados, and almonds, never had almond butter though. I will weigh in on friday morning and post it so you know where I am, I dont want to get on the scale till I'm scheduled to, cause I'm a lazy ass hahahaha.

I'm definitely serious slayer, I am on point now, got in a great workout tonight, and I also got my hands on a treadmill, Just gotta take a ride to go pick it up!

I'm right back where I started, 255lbs. I now have a treadmill in my bedroom, and got in a good 15min jog this morning to start off my day. I'll be keeping my diet as is for the next week, and revising my cardio/lifting schedule. I'm going to return to two days of lifting with the heavier bells, and get in 3 days of running. I need to start progressing here very soon, I'm not very happy with the way this has gone so far.

No worries pity, I'm on point now. Having a treadmill next to your bed makes running so much easier hahahah.

I'm excited to not have to mix cardio with weights anymore as well. I can get back to lifting the way I like. I need to order another 65lb KB now so I can really get it in.

ladies and gents, i have a small announcement to make. I've spoken with jeff about this, and he has no objections, so I'm changing things up just a bit.

I have waited for more then a year, and it is finally time to run another cycle. It will be a recomp cycle utilizing epistane, M1t, and Mdien, and my plan is to start on the 8th of september. this means my fatloss showdown results will be skewed by one week of aas.

Under normal circumstances this wouldnt skew the results too badly, but due to m1t's propensity for massive and immediate gains, I will submit my final weight and measurements a week before jeff does. This leaves him with a 7 day advantage, but this is one I believe i can overcome.

I will be mapping out my cycle in the anabolic section if anyone is interested, including all support supps and pct. I really can't wait to get this started, its been a long time coming.

Its true, I feel even with my venerable opponent using performace enhancers I can win this thing.

He will have a slight advantage though, due to some work related catastrophes I have missed a week of workouts and spent that week eating poorly and smoking. However I am back and ready to continue my dominance. I added boxing into to the workout schedule and it has been great, had a tough session Monday. Will post my weight and full workouts tommorow

Your retarted, my cycle is going to give you an advantage, dont talk like its going to help me in this contest.

That being said, I am down to 251 this morning, and for the hell of it I measured my waist as well, and it was 43". I'll have to look back in the thread, but I do believe that is a -1" for me.

The diet is on point, and the addition of real cardio has helped tremendously. Now if I could only sleep at night that would be amazing.
