so my weigh is this week was 359, which is plus 4 pounds for me and back to my starting weight, its amazing what a week of unhealthy living can do to you. That being said I have been back in the gym all week.
My workout:
boxing
swimming
hiit cardio on the elliptical
light weight training
yoga
more cardio

5-htp or some melatonine may help.

since you mentioned it talo, I have a bottle of 5-htp sitting at home, I completely forgot about it. I'll give that a try next time this happens.
got in a good run this morning, 1.63 miles, at 7% incline and 4mph.
I was hoping to get to NY barbell this weekend to pick up some new kbs and a weighted vest, but I didnt get a chance to. perhaps this week, but i cant wait to get the vest to do weighted cardio on the treadmill.

down to an even 250 this morning, I would have liked it to be more, but my diet was off this week. I missed a few meals, and thursdays workout. But I'm still on the right track, next week will be it for me, I'll post my final numbers on Friday Morning.
