The battle continues...

So myself and Hrdgain had a discussion today and have decided to extend the battle for another 10 weeks. The new end date is November 6, so 2 days after we have a new President we will also have a new fat loss showdown champion.

Also in the coming weeks we wills strive to post more on here so you can join in the critiques and approvals of our plans, and more importantly experience our smack talking...

This will allow me to fully dominate the competition and prove once and for all the power of common sense and hard work.

^^ Truth, we realized today that all the shit talking we were doing through Google chat was being wasted without an audience hahahah. I look forward to putting in a full effort, and being chemically enhanced in this second stage of our competition.

My bad fellas, Its been a hell of a couple of weeks for me, and I just haven't had the time to update this thread. A lot has happened lately, including the start of my cycle, and the explosion of shit hitting the fan at work, and bla bla bla.

I haven't had much time on my hands, but I have been keeping up on my workouts and cardio for the most part, and my diet has been very good, all things considered.

My weight was 255 this last friday, which is amazing to me since I'm stacking both epi and (pulsed) m1t. I am thinning out much more quickly now, and people are starting to notice. I will take measurements this coming friday, and try to get some pics taken.

I hope everyone is doing well, it sucks that I haven't been around to keep up on everyone's progress. I feel good though, even with all this added stress, things are looking up!

Weight: 254lbs (256lbs)

Measurements:

Thigh (taken 6" above the knee) 25" (24.5")
waist 44" (43")
Gut (taken around the love handles and across belly button) 47.5" (46")
Chest (taken around the nips) 50.5" (48.5")
Arms (cold unflexed) 16.5" (16")

These are the changes I have seen thus far, I'm a up two pounds over all, but all my measurements are down. I would like to have seen the measurements drop a little more by now, but I'm still plugging along, strength is up, and my back and shoulder are starting to play nice again!
