Well i didnt stick to this plan real religiously... and its been about 3 years since i was able to do 3x5 regular bench of 225lbs... and ive been struggling to get back every since... thought you guys would like to know im back up at 3x5 225lbs!!!! Feels great... the best part is i was on m1t when i hit it back then... all clean this time around baby!
