Tried a 5lb increase on the overheads today since last time felt fine, but only got one set through before I had to drop it. Will try again on Friday.

Squat: 180
Overhead: 95
Rows: 130
Abs and pullups done

As long as you keep trying everything will get there. Just keep plugging away man you're doing good.

Form was bad on squats today, kept trying to do goodmornings. I'll keep the weight for Monday. Also completely jacked up my rows, had to drop back to last workout's weight after the 1st set. Next time...

Squats: 190
Overhead: 100
Rows: 130 (1st set at 135)
Pullups and abs: done

You get some interesting people spotting you sometimes...
Will keep weight for bench, and for some reason I had problems with my dips again... it seemed today to be a pain around my shoulder/bicep area that caused it, but last time just seemed like a lack of strength. Odd...

Squats: 190
Bench: 160
Deads: 245
Dips: 50...gah
Abs: done

I was pretty sick on Fri and didn't get a workout in, so I kept the weight from last A workout. It felt good, will only be increasing 5lb on each exercise next time though. 200 and 250 marks coming up... pitiful, I know

Squat: 195
Bench: 160
Deads: 245
Abs and dips done

Don't be so hard on yourself. THose are good numbers and as long as they keep coming up 5lbs at a time you will be surprised.

I thought I updated this journal, but I guess not. Anyway, I've hit the two month mark in preparing for OCS. I'm going to be lifting occasionally, but most of my "lifting" will be more focused on endurance than strength. I'm not sure what I'll be doing after OCS, probably Rippetoe's again, as I'll have lost most of what I've gained, due to both not having lifted and being broken down. Good luck to everyone else, see you in a while

Chris
