bulgarians: 80 x 3, 85 x 3, 90 x 3....last two were pr's woohoo. and i did 60, 1 x 9 too.

mp: 95, 3 x 5

row: 100, 3 x 5

supertriset:

pullups: 12.5 pounds....25 reps
db press: 30's, 2 x 7
anti rotate barbell: 15 pounds on 20 pound bar..2 x 8

1 min. front plank.

i was so beat..that's all the plank i could manage. i'm gonna start bulgarian squatting heavier more often...that shit was fun. might just start doing more maximal work altogether. i just wants to be stronger. took a vid of the 90 x 3 squat...critiques are welcome

Squats looked good, but too easy put some more weight on there you are way stronger than that Great work Pity.

I must be missing a plugin or something, I cant see any of those vids.

On the cholesterol issue, look into a Sesamin product, and Red Yeast Rice, both should help with lipid profile.
