i looked them up on youtube. they look cool. but just to ask a question. is there an actual point in doing them that way instead of just doing a regular clean?

instead of whole body, you're just focusing on the shoulders.

db rows: 50, 2 x 8

That sled is freakin sweet dude, do you have a field near you where you drag that bad boy? or is it laps in the back yard?

i did laps around mom and dads back yard....it's a gentle upslope...so i zigzagged up that and then straight back down....wish i had somewhere not too public that was all uphill for a long ways

Wow, most people talk about sled dragging... I'm not sure too many of them are talking like straight up "riding down a snowy hill" sled dragging Not a bad idea, the biggest problem I could think of is that those sleds are designed to minimize friction (and go fast). But if you load anything down with enough weight you will either break it or get enough resistance

Incidentally, I think I'm going to build myself a sled this weekend. I was looking over plumbing bits last weekend. Between that and some scrap wood I'm guessing I could whip something pretty useful together.
