yeah...it's going to get loaded down with a good amount more weight tomorrow... quick and easy....no lumber to buy...wish i would have saved some from the last dumpster filling up party.

speed: 52.5%, 105 - 9 x 3..45 sec. rest.

mp: 105 - 2 x 5, 110 - 2 x 3

floor press: 150 - 2 x 6, 120 x 17

lying tricep extensions: 10's, 3 x 15

prone trap raise: 10's, 2 x 10

face pulls: 25 x 15 x 2....35 x 15

abs

fun workout..i love speed bench day. rigged up face pulls with a pulley and my dip/pullup station. doing the same thing with pullthroughs.

yeah. im hoping it does. dont see hwo people go to the gym and not do legs. i went to the gym a little last week and this week and i feel so lost without doing any legs stuff lol. im tempted to just put light weight on the leg press and just rep my life away

haha...i hear ya....i feel dirty starting westside...after doing legs 3 days a week for a long time

speed box: 90, 10 x 2....45 sec rest.

rdl's: 110, 3 x 8

js rows: 120, 3 x 5

bi curls: 65, 2 x 9



short and sweet....sled tomorrow.....kinda hope it rains so it's slippery.

shit was tough....i hit a few bumps and stopped for a second or so 70 was alot tougher than 50...i loved it.
