7/30/08

weighed in at 142 this morning...woohoo

ME Lower

-deads - 225, 2 x 3....230, 1 x 3

-bent knee good mornings - 95 x 3, 100 x 3, 105 x 3, 110 x 3 (all pr's )

pullthroughs - 35, 2 x 13

rows - 100...to belly button and to lower chest...10, 10, 7, 7

hanging from towels pullups - 2 x 5

hammer curls - 30's 1 x 10, 1 x 6

the 225 went up quicker than the 220 last week....so. something is working...i hope it's the sled, cuz i love pulling that shit around.

got a video of the gm's...make sure i'm doing it right.

pullthroughs...i gotta find a way to mount another pulley...cuz i'm betting with friction...i'm pulling more than 35

pullups were fun...and tough. did about shoulder width.

was gonna do extensions and statics but fuck....i hit the lower back enough...that might go on an extra workout day...or friday.

here's zee video:

so i need a fixed pulley under the black bar, cuz right now, the rope just slides on that...and it needs to be free'er if i could find a pulley that would accept a bolt on the top...i could drill a hole in the black bar and mount the pulley that way....which would be awesome...i need to do some shopping

So basically bracket mounted fixed pulley? Could be hard to come by. Simple plastic pulleys are no prob, actually you could check here: http://www.sportsmith.net/Categories...8-62fb4c111966

Maybe you can find a metal "C" bracket of the right size to mount it on. You know the type I mean..with a hole on each arm and at the top.

BTW, at that place you can get cable, etc...which may be worth it as that rope is gonna stretch.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
