hrdgain, the ones he gave me were only a weeks worth...he only uses them for specific purposes...

and yes i take like 6 tabs a day of fish oil...i should probably spread it out more...3 in the morning and 3 before bed usually.

dip shrugs kinda the same as the scapular pushups....only on the dip bars?

WOW, can't believe I missed that video. That's tremendous. How was that in comparison to moving the plates? It looked just as difficult. I might drink my protein shake that way the next time I get home from my workout. Either way, you just inspired me. I'll admit, I was a little tipsy when I posted that comment after getting back from the bar, but it still seems like a good idea today. I'm going to work on making an alcohol free protein beer. I'll let you know how it goes.

NO. They are of two different purposes. For the dip shrugs you do not want to lean forward and turn them into a pushup. Keep the body straight. The scapula are depressing during the dip shrugs not protracting like in scapular press ups.

Everyone should probably read Mike Robertson's and Bill Hartman's article on this so they know what's up.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
