Cool. Just make sure that the order makes sense. The stuff that gets you "warmed up" more should obviously be toward the end.

The extensions look good. You may be going a tad higher than needed at the top since your butt starts to rise as well as if you are a bit hyperextended...meaning your back is extending more at the end rather than just locking out the hip extension. But you are dissasociating your hips from your lumbar which is what it is all about. It would be better if you were a bit higher up of course but work with what you have. You pads probably doesn't have to be quite so far back...that will make it feel harder a little because you've lengthened the lever arm. The statics are nothing more than holding the top part, in extension, for timed holds. Couldn't be simpler.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
