i like the plank row...get in a pushup position with your hand on a dumbell...each hand....pull one up and do a dumbbell row....repeat however you want.

or the plate switch ones....

one arm up...one leg up...

i've got some videos of the plate switch ones...they are somewhere in the journal...but if you don't wanna look i can post it eh..i'll just post the link.

Can you do 12oz curls (aka drink beer) while doing that instead of moving the plates back and forth? At least you'd be getting somewhere while doing the planks with one arm.

bulgarians: 45, 3 x 5

mp: 85, 3 x 5

row: 85, 3 x 5

dips: 5, 2 x 16

captains chair: 2 x 12

front plank...alternating one arms...1 min.

hip extensions: 2 x 3

went to doc today for a recheck on some asthma medicine...told him my shoulders hurt...both hurt today...so he put my arms in a million positions...RC is fine...just some inflammation...so he gave me some beefy nsaids...but...inactive ingredient...lactose. gay.

so...gotta call in morning and see if he has some samples of something...without that in it

workout felt good though...aside from the sore shoulders.

dont make a habit out of using nsaids ... I think there is a thread around here about how they slow the healing process, especially in muscle.

Do you use fish oil? That helps a lot with inflammation.

BTW, you might also want to try dip shrugs. I just read Wolf's journal and noticed that you guys were talking about those things.
