7/14/08

bulgarians: 70, 3 x 8

bench: 200 x 1 max.....180, 3 x 2

rows: 115, 3 x 5

dips: 27.5, 3 x 13

captains chair: 3 x 15

bar curls: 60, 3 x 10

antirotatebarbell: 17.5 pounds on bar....2 x 10

little disappointed my bench is down that far....but...i'll get it up. everything else felt real good....and now to go shovel dirt with the brother in law for active recovery.

glad it's not humid out. (ha)

The bench will come back quickly if you stick to it. It was not that long ago when I finally broke the 200lbs barrier.
