yeah i have become aware of certain things
before the disc thing happened, i made some changes in posture, walking and sitting postures.
and i bend over all too damn much. need to start squatting down to get stuff.....those motor patterns will take awhile for me to get out of my system
but at least i'm conscious of it.
and mcgill is totally right, it feels alot better for me to slouch over my computer desk, than sit upright. sitting upright is not super comfortable right now
