Don't act like that in my manly journal. There is no such thing as "sorry"...Only, "I asked you a question..Bitch."
DB Swings are when you take a DB (either 1 or 2), and basically do the same motion as a pullthrough. I use a single DB, holding it with both hands. You use the momentum gained from bending over to thrusting straight up, swing the DB about eye level. As the DB swings back down, you allow it to swing under and behind you between your legs. You need a pretty wide stance, knees bent. If you do it right, it definately rivals pullthroughs as one of the best lower chain exercises around. Destroys my hams/glutes. I'll honestly say that I feel my legs get worked better with these than pullthroughs.. Which I feel more glutes with.

I eat my Wheaties.
I guess it's a little deceptive because I can PACE myself extremely well and never bite off more than I can chew.

Impossible. Plus, the DB isn't swinging extremely fast at all. If you feel like you're gonna blow a gasket, just drop it on the way down.

BTW guys, I've got a few old bottles of Phera Plex stashed away that I've been itching to use. No idea why. I totally forgot I put them away for a rainy day. Maybe, maybe not. That would require me to buy clomid, nolva, and all that other bullshit which I don't have the cashola for right now since I just bought 8 lbs custom MRP blend: 60 micellar/40 egg. I almost went for 40/40/20- MCT oil, but I figured I'd get all protein, then add in a few tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Cuts down the price some.

Didn't feel very good today since Saturday night featured the following:
7 shots tequila
4 beers
3 "adios mutha fuckers"
...Loss of memory from that point forward...
Went to a wedding, so that night it was on. I haven't drank like that since the Marines, basically since 2003. I was surprised to see my tolerancy is still up there.
*Back to training*
ME BENCH: I wasn't really hung over. Just wasn't too motivated to lift today following a brutal night of drinking. Floor presses were pretty tough. Worked up to 325 x 1, then tried for a PR with 375 and missed it. So I'm holding this over for next Sunday because I should've hit it. Blaming that one on tequila. DROP set on the flat bench with 295 x 8 solid reps. Should've stayed with 315, but I didn't feel especially strong today.
JM Presses I did without bands for once. I was scheduled to use the bands, but I just wanted to salvage some hard work today and go home to recover. Just did a few sets of 5 and worked up to 185 x 5.
Push presses I was planning on hitting 265 x 3. I worked up with 185 x 3, 225 x 2, 250 x 1, then tried for the 265 and only barely got 2. My knees hurt pretty bad with these.
Instead of JS Rows, I just did 3 x 10 chest-supported rows to speed up the process. I wanted to make it home for the Patriots game.
Face pulls, biceps, and triceps followed. About 1 minute rest between all sets.

Yo major dedication. I would never be able to lift after a night of black out drinking. Good shit bro.

LOL.. that's what I like to call "Time traveling". One minute it's 10:00, next thing you know it's 12:47, and then next thing you know you're arguing politics to a Colorado Omelet and chugging hot sauce because you think it's symbolic of something and proves a point.... uuuhh .. yeah..... Man I have to stop drinking...
