Holy shit!.. Eric responded! Howdy stranger lol.

Thanks guys. I'm focusing on getting everything on my digital camera for my next week's max triples. I'm excited because I know I'll probably squeeze out three reps of 520-525 with the camera on. I think ya'll like it because after every rep I completely reset my form (meaning absolutely no bouncing!!).

Oh BTW, fuck straps. <- That's probably why I wasn't able to go over 500 doing Westside. Since moving back to an over-under w/ copious amounts of chalk, this shit's easy.

My digital is the Kodak one that's pretty old. I guess even if the quality sucks, you'll at least see some cool shit. I'm planning on making vids of my deadlifts, bench (365 x 3), and anything else that would be cool to watch I guess. I want to start a video journal mainly because as of NOW, I'm the strongest I've ever been working with IA, and if I was to ever get injured, I'd like to have a record of my achievements.

I rank it deads, overhead lifting, squats . I figure everyone's too quad dominant anyway. They increase the posterior chain work and hip dominant stuff to 75+ percent while bringing up the deads and the squats will go up anyway. Plus we need to learn how to use our ass muscles properly (I'm just making shit up...sort of ).

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Oh dude, I told ya, my digital is at least 3-4 years old. It only records for about 15 seconds a pop. I'm just using it for motivation. By the time I tell him to roll film, I'll be in position. So all you'll see is my taking in a good gulp of air into my belly, grabbing onto the bar, and pulling that shit.

Today I just didn't have enough juice to get her done. I worked up easily enough on deadlifts. Last warmup for me was 405 x 3 really fast. Then I started talking to a few other people that were asking me "how much this and that", then by the time I told one of the guy's at my gym how to work my little digital camera, I wasn't mentally prepared lol. Put 520 on the bar and BARELY BARELY made ONE REP. I'm talking moving at a snail's pace. That kinda tells me that I definately needed this deload week to happen.

Oh, now for the best part: My camera has 70 pics on there already, PLUS the videos I shot yesterday that I forgot to erase.. What does this mean? It means when the guy pushed record, the screen said, "Memory is full".. LOL! Oh well. If I could hit 515 x 2 with decent speed, then the 520 shouldn't have been a challenge. Hands down, I'm overreached.

I talked to Wes yesterday on the phone about this oncoming week. He said it's more for deloading than finding new rep maxes since I'm already way up there in weight. So for the rest of this week, I'll keep it really heavy, just not PR heavy and wait for what we have planned after this oncoming hypertrophy fun... It's a killer!!
