Got my TP order a day early! Sent the order in on Saturday, and it didn't process until Monday morning.. It was a good pat on the back after a very tough day in the gym today. I'm halfway through week #4, so two down, two to go! Dropped two reps today for bench press which I didn't mind too much.. All the sets beforehand wore my ass out. My last two sets were 330 x 5, then finished with 350 x 3... 4 with a light spot (which means it doesn't count). Oh fucking well..

Highlights for Week Four:

Bench 5 x 5 (PR): Worked up to 350 x 3 (4 w/ two finger spot). Anyone touching the bar doesn't count, even when the bastard says he only took off 5 lbs tops!

Bench 5 x 5 (PR): 325 x 5, 5, 5, 4, 3 (actually got my last two sets of 5 w/ two finger spot). Previous PR was 315 x 5 x 5.

Deadlift: Worked up to 455 x 5. Felt pretty worn out from my previous sets which killed my leg drive. Did these belted with chalk.

Squats (PR): 365 x 5, 5, 5, 4, 3. Belted, good depth below parallel. Widened my stance from last week.

Started my deload week yesterday. Worked up to 485 x 3 deadlifts.

Jeez. I had to read those numbers 3 times to make sure my glasses weren't out of focus. Freaking animal!

DELOAD WEEK: Got through with a nice break this week. Everything went from a mentally draining 5 x 5 to a 3 x 3. Nailed everything with ease. Kinda made me embarrased that I didn't hit all 25 reps w/ 365 lbs for squats because it was that easy. Definately chalked up to no sleep on that day.

Today was much the same. Tough to conjure up ANY motivation for deadlifts. Felt like a used tampon. I got a solid 5 hours of sleep, but it wasn't nearly enough. I'm also adjusting to some new medication my doc put me on. My third set I barely pulled 495 x 1. Everything else increased A LOT so I'm extremely pleased in that regard.

Yeah, I thought long and hard about that. But I increased all my supplementals and other exercises by A LOT. I'm pretty confident it was lack of sleep and not being FAST with my deadlifts. I was pulling really slow w/ even 315 lol.

Out of curiosity, what's your usual mix for your TP orders?
