Welcome Rogue, I personally like Hammer Strength for some movements (Incline bench is good) and a little variety. What are your goals? Just curious.

Hmm. My goals well Duh! to win the Olympia and Worlds strongest man in the same year. Geez.. Just kidding.

Actually I have bad shoulders from years of powerlifting. So now Im looking to lighten up a bit. Im about 275 now, Last spring I got down to 247 From 315 and felt good. The extra weight is killing me. I use to manage a gym, Powerlift, and Personal train. So my goal right now is to get back down to 247 or better yet like 220.
