Hadn't worked out in about 2 weeks or so cuz of spring break and no gym where I went. Bench- 190 3setsx6reps Incline-80,75,75-6,6,6 Lat pulldown-in-190-8,8 -out-140-8,8 Flat bench speed-60,65-6,6 Seated rows-140,150,160-8,6,6 Push ups-30,20,12 |
I take it these are quater squats. You should work on depth.
