Squat-260 5x5
Press-130x5 125 4x5
Deadlift-245 5x5
Hammer Curls DB-45x10 50x10 55x8

Best work out since starting program, could be cuz I finally wasnt sick.
Should have stuck with the 130 for all 5 sets but wasnt sure so I dropped to 125 n got it too easily.
Deadlifting felt good for once.

First workout since accident last weekend, wont be able to squat or run for awhile cuz of leg. Luckily everything is getting better fast, Sentinel saw me last week I was looking like two face from batman but its better now.

4/28/08

Bench-185,135,145,155-5,10,10,10
JS Rows-135,145,145,145,95,95,95-5,5,5,5,8,8,6
Tri Ext-80,80,60-8,6,10

Prolly left some stuff out I was really just trying to test out what I could do cuz of the accident and couldnt do my dft 5x5 work out.
