Thx fellas

BTW I did a gang of ankle mobility work before I squatted from the vids Pity upped,REALLY helped alot, my form was perfect (feet stayed still no rocking at all) up till probs the last single where my knees shot forward off the box and my ass rose a little faster than my chest. So thx for the vids again pity.

Oh and Dub I got a nice new bar too, just waiting for my new rack to be built so I can use it for squats(its a longer bar).I been using it for floor presses and some deadlifts tho.

no prob man....the bill hartman one eric posted in the stretching/flexibility thread...and it's great. i also add in some weighted dorsiflexion with a dumbbell.

it definitely helps on squat day. really loosens things up.

GPP 4/11/08

Dragged sled in grass for 17mins.I did 8 passes with 65kg and filled the rest of the time with 40kg which was mostly backwards pulling. All the heavy stuff was forward tho. Also did some x band walks and 3 sets of 8 dumbell rollouts (WOD) for abs.Felt awesome after.
