Your presses are looking nice and solid. I do get scared watching it sometimes knowing that you don't have a spot... But you always blast thru :D

I'm a huge believer in speed floor pressing. It's not very popular, but it really helps me a lot. Another favorite is rack presses w/ the pins chest level. Same thing, you pause on the pins, then power it up.

Yeah sounds cool Horse,I thought it would be a good switch up,plus my weakpoint is right in the area where these are hardest.
