Hey, great job pity...that's a lot to do, haha.
BTW I wouldn't necessarily have "lower body" and "upper body" mobility things. I certainly can see focusing more on one or the other but do the whole body before every workout. Remember you're talking about a kinetic chain. |
Watched everything again. You're OK, hits. What I was seeing is when you put on the belt in the second set shown in the vid, your setup changes a bit and you start with your hips lower. But then you come up to your regular position before you actually initiate the lift. I though your hips were rising but I think it simply that the belt is influencing your initial setup a bit but you aren't really changing the lift.

Cool E I was worried about the same thing!!
Thats my 1st time ever pulling in a belt,I think it did feel different but I am having a hard time adjusting to my smaller waist.I miss my old belly,!! I got used to pushing out with a nice fat gut during squats and pulls LOL |
Then why are you using the belt?

:biglaugh: Great pull Hops. |
I was using it so I could have a reference to push my abs against, when I pulled.I know you hate belts, but it def helps me "use" my abs correctly.I dont use one in a conv. Deadlift cos it rides up and offers no support.I was more or less trying it out to see what was better for me.
Thoughts?? |
