Pits

I just get no feeling whatsoever in the muscles they hit.I am sure I could change a few things to make them better but I really think there are other things that deserve my attention more!!

Before you put your bands around the bar you could position a bw scale right next to the band, stand on it and pull the band straight up to around the finish postion and then subtract your bw from the result you get on the scale..that should give you a good idea.

But you don't want read too much into to the finish weight. It most probably will be less that you could normally lift, lol.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Yeah true, I realise that mate, but walking out that much band and weight tension was not even close to as hard as it was last week.Im just curious to what the total at the top and bottom was.

GPP/ Recovery Workout

Dragged the sled in grass today for 15 mins with 50kg.The council has been by to cut the grass so that was good.Everything felt great.Pretty sore from yesterday, this will help for sure.I pulled forward backward and between the legs, also some rowing too.

Also should add I did some extra ab and band GMs last night, I was pretty tired after the band squats so my ab work suffered.

Yeah all week Talo. I much prefer to keep intensity up a little and cut volume WAY back for deloading.Works well for me, must keep the cns active or something?
