Na everytime I get home from work at about 5pm its like midnight in the Usa.Sux balls makes it real hard for sure.

ALOT Of couse there is!! But One of Wesleys policies is to do a phone consultation (I used skype,great too its free) before he gives a routine/ plan so I talked to him last night.Very nice guy, we had a great chat.


LOL thx E I am usually up reading or reviewing that nights workout too!!! That Tumminello guy has kept me very busy over the last few days aswell!!

ME Bench day

Floor press today.Aint maxed in a while on any bench movement and as I am close to being setup with Wes I thought fuck it I'll take a max.Went pretty well, I used a medium grip and hit a max of 100kg on the bar, it was a grinder especially at the top but I got it.Moved to Tate press next was up in weight there too, finished with Barbell Rows, these were the best they have ever been.I have been doing some sort of row 4 times a week,as a warmup for 10-15 reps on lower days and heavy 5-8's on upper days it is working well, my back is bigger tighter and I am stronger on everything.

ME Bench Day 25/2/09
Floor Press Med Grip 1x1 90kg,95kg 100kg 1x4 90kg
Tate Press 4x8-10 16kg & 17.5kg
Barbell Rows 3x5 55kg

DE Squat Day

Box squats with the blue band today, went well I am starting to like bands alot!! did 8 sets and moved to RDLs, these were great, glutes were firing alot better so I guess all this extra stuff is helping.Finished with heavy dumbell side bends.All rep PRs.

DE Squat Day 27/2/09
Box Squat + Blue Bands 8x3 70kg
RDLs 3x7 115kg
Dumbell Side Bends 2x10 40kg
