ME Bench Day

Testing flat bench today was great.... almost!!! I got 255 to within an inch of lockout and it wouldnt budge! fucker just sat there. I tried it once more cos when I lowered it I came loose and it landed way to high on my chest but I nearly got it so I thought lets have one more go but I missed it 1/2 way up.Damn I can hit that weight.Moved to Tates next, moved up in weight again these are flying up.Finished with barbell rows, I must say pushing up my planks again is helping me stay tight for rows too.Cool.

ME Bench Day 11/3/09
Bench 1x1 100kg 2xM 106 kg
Tate Press 3x8 22.5kg
Barbell Rows 2x6 60kg
