ME Squat Day
Real strong day today.Free squat triples were up, did up to 140kg on the bar.Pretty happy with that.Moved on to my supp work next.Including some heavy rowing.Good day, squats felt very strong.

GPP 28/4/09
Dragged sled in grass for 16mins with 40-55kg.I did 5 passes with 55kg which was pretty hard, especially in the thicker grass.Just dragged forward and backward.Went home did some foam rolling for the whole body, ankles and calves were quite tender, as was the T spine.Felt great after.

ME Bench Day
Triples again today, did my warmup sets off pins to see if I could generate a bit of bar speed to start with.Meh kinda threw me out the groove a bit so lesson learnt! Managed 2 sets of 3 with 87.5kg which was ok as my PR is 90x3 and it was the longest grinder in history! Did a shit tonne of work after, pretty sore today but that always happens after a deload.

DE Squat Day
Good day, speed was pretty fast worked up to 90kg on the bar for doubles.Getting faster.Did some GMs too, these were better than I have done before, not as depp but I managed to actually feel these in my glutes and hams instead of just folding over like a piece of paper!! Did some supp stuff next.Good day.

DE Bench Day
Still working my bench technique out, its getting better,trying to get my lats involved more and stay tighter.Doing a shit tonne of scap wall slides seems to be helping alot.Anyways did my sets as normal then did some heavy boards after.Felt pretty good to handle some ok weight for reps.Finished with my accessory work.High volume day was pretty pooped after.
