I would rather it too loose at this stage, the thing is so fucking tight it hurts as is, no way I am gonna ty squeeze my fat ass in a smaller one.Fuck it, at least I have some lee way in getting bigger/fatter BW.

Shirt is not open backed, will try get it on tonight as its bench day.Wish me luck, will put up vids regardless if I get it on.

What gear and sizes do you have I forget!!!

I just borrow some of my buddies' mis-matched gear...I've used a bench shirt a couple of times just for something different, but I have no plans to lift equipped in the near future.

Try to get the sleeves of the shirt on first. Thumbs up, not palms up. Have someone stand with their back to your back and let them try to hold the shirt. Then you can push against them. Make a throwing motion, hinging at the elbow...like you're throwing darts. After you get the shirt on, it's good to wear a belt so that it keeps the shirt in place. You want it pulled down as much as possible. When you lay down on the bench and get your arch, right before you lift have someone pull your belt down low so you're not constricted. I've gotta run...let me know how it goes.

Got into my suit twice LOL fucking hell this thing is tight.I know I'll be able to hit depth with the straps down but with them up, jeez I dont know!! my hips are all marked up and so are my shoulders and traps. Is this shit normal? With the straps up it fells like the suit wants to push my knees forward too, and I feel like I cant sit back into the squat, maybe I need to try it with a heavy bar on my back tho, dunno, I am not sure how its supposed to feel though.

Yes , this is normal.

You will want to start doing ( not telling you to ) Lot's of GM's so your strong enough to handle the forward motion. Once you get heavier the GM training will kick in and your lower back will be able to handle to weight and keep you upright.

Yes - The war wounds are normal , learn to love them !! If you don't get any it's too big.

The one shirt I do have I always think it's too small , but it's starting to losen up - Can't get it on by myself for the life of me and when my training partner is there it's a workout on it's own getting that thing on ,LOL !
Yeah cool, the guy who sold it to me is gonna see if he can find some contacts here in South Australia for me to lift with a bit, hope so that would be awesome, cos no way anyone in my family can yank it on, mind you we did get it 3/4 of the way on easy.

ME Bench Day

Well you guys prob wont believe this but I hit a bench PR last night haha no shirt either! I think I am finally getting the bar path down a bit better.I still dont do a good job of staying tight, but at least the bar path is ok, that has been my biggest obstacle in benching.Hit 105kg on the bar, a weight that has stapled me so many times I have lost count.Man it was good to get past that.My plan was to do doubles but when my supposed last set flew up easy I knew I had to keep going.Did my usual access work after, felt awesome all workout coulda done 100 more sets.Wes routine and diet have definately added alot of muscle to my frame too.I am loving it.

ME Bench Day 13/5/09
Bench 2s Up to 95kg 1x1 100kg, 105kg (PR)
Pullups x Lots again!!
Supp work

I've always wondered about that also. Some of the guys I train with do the same head raise thing..here's a video of Travis's 500 bench. He ALWAYS raises his head on the descent, but pushes his head back when he presses.

Definitely try to get your feet tucked back a little more. You have zero leg drive and not great leverage because of this.
