that's not a real low box

do you do really wide stance gm's? do you have a way to do concentric ones?

You are right, I should have typed lower box.I dropped it about a half inch or so.Thanks for keeping me honest Pitski!!

Havent done wide GMs in a while, I have been doing them all with a close stance.As for concentric GMs yeah I can do em, I love them, but not as much as concentric squats!!

DE Bench Day

Good day today speed wise, my assistence work was tough tho, def need this upcoming deload (even tho all I want to do right now is load up the squat bar and throw the suit on.......... patience young padawon!!) low back is feeling alot better too.

ME Bench Deload

Just went in and got a few reps done today.Hit a 3 rep PR pretty easy so that was good.Didnt do much else.Feeling good deload is well timed!! Sleep is already better too.

ME Squat Day DELOAD

Did some heavy triples today, went well, I hit a decent double RAW in just my belt then hit a SUPER easy triple in the suit straps down.I repped 152.5kg on the bar, it was easy, now I got a major hard on to see how much I can hit in this suit!!

ME Squat Day DELOAD

Squats 1x2 142.5kg RAW
Add Suit Straps Down 1x3 152.5kg
Abs
Fuck All Else!!
