ME Bench Day DELOAD
Only gonna bench once this week so went with a close grip, smoked a double with 100kg which is a PR then nailed 106kg a weight that crushed me 3 weeks ago.Did some push presses next and just a few sets for tris and lats after. ME Squat Day DELOAD
Pulled sumo today, went pretty well.Managed 181kg then 185kg on the bar.Both PRs, my ass came up too fast on the 185kg, she was a bit ugly.The 181 was clean.Just did a few hypers after and planks.
