ME Bench Day
AWW shitty day today, just couldnt get going, I benched close grip today, missed 108.5kg twice.The first one was technical cos I suck, but the 2nd attempt squashed me! did a couple sets with normal grip, these felt great but I was spent so i repped out with 60kg close grip and did some chins to finish.Kept it short cos i gotta squat tonight cos my days got mixed around.
