ME Squat Day DELOAD
Fucking needed this deload!, did RDLs for some heavier weights yesterday, man this was pretty good.I stuck to 3s and went totally naked, ala no belt or nothing.I am so very sore, especially in my upper back and traps,did a few goblet squats next and some WOD. ME Bench Day DELOAD
Feeling sore still in the hams and traps, only fucking areas that ever get sore on me.Tweaked my bench setup a little over the past week, been working on staying tighter.Helped alot, we will see I usually brain fart and forget what I change in a few weeks.LOL. Did some CG inclines too and then fucked around eith some shoulder and back stuff.3 days off and then SFW again! ME Bench Day 5/11/09 Bench Press 1x1 100kg 1x1 106kg 1x3 97.5 kg (PR) easy! Incline CG 1x1 75kg 1x1 80kg Some back and shoulder, light low volume! |

ME Squat Day C%*T.What a fucked up day, free squatted again today, nice wide stance, getting great depth (been working on my hips alot) and could not move 140kg on the bar, pinned me twice.WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT ABOUT!!!! seriously, so pissed off I could punch someone.Did a few RDLs next and some planks.Went back later and did hypers and bulgarians as it was near 40 deg c yesterday and the heat was fucking with me. Yeah I know, cheers guys, a bench or pull miss wouldnt anger me this much, but a squat, thats my fav lift right there, I HATE missing a squat especially one I have done easily before a million times!!

ME Bench Day
Been a bit sick lately.Some sort of stomach bug had me sleeping all day wednesday and then spending my remaining time on the toilet, so I moved bench day to Thursday.Good day, did low incline benches for singles.This is a good exercise, really hit the tris and delts hard.Did heavy chins next and then some tri work.Throw in 2 sets of hammer curls and I was done.Hyyoooge pump today!
