Benched CG again today, fucking missed that fucking 108.5kg again, bastard. Got some good singles in tho. Did a couple rep sets to finish and started some cable rows .These hit the upper back nicely. Finished with high rep extensions. DE Squat Day
Last week of this blue band wave, kicked ass hit 6 or so doubles at 100kg then a couple at 110kg.Will restart a new wave with more band tension next week.Moved to GMs next hit some rep PRs there too.Finished off with bulgarians, fuck they hurt more than anything I have ever done to my legs. Worked up on the 3 board again to start with, I wanted 2x3 with 85kg + the bands but triples would have been a stretch today so I played it safe and hit 3 doubles.Moved to speedy bench and hit 4 sets but something in my elbow/bicep area hurt so I cut it short.Worked tris next and finished with some floor DB press and upperback stuff. ME Squat Day
Fucking huge day, destroyed my previous PR in GMs by 3 reps and hit a nice rep PR with 200lbs, I got 15 but probs coulda done 20, not a great idea to fail a GM tho IMO!! I reckon this would put me at damn near 300 for at least 2 reps.Hit a nice 20 rep split squat PR too.Did some abs and some curls to finish.Great Day. Benched CG again,hit a PR double with 100kg on the bar then fucked with some 2 boards.Good lifts did a rest pause set to finishe with 70kg.Moved to Heavy Krocs next and hit a PR with the 130s,finished with some extra tri extensions.Good day. Squatted vs a tightened up blue band today, basically threw a one board on and wrapped the band around it too, more tension that way.Kicked ass did my sets around 90kg with a tiny work up.Hit GMs next then finished with abs and curls.Smokin day.
