DE Squat Day
Box squatted vs a blue and orange band today, holy band tension batman that shit was horrible.Used 90kg for 5 sets, then 100kg for 3 sets.Wow that was a whole new type of heavy!! Finished with concentric GMs for reps.Gassed skipped abs will torch them soon. DE Squat Day 6/4/10 Box Squat Vs Blue and Orange Bands 5x2 90kg 3x2 100kg Concentric GMs 2x8,10 100kg Will put a vid up of box squats, I need to search for a lower box that fits my ass on it!! |

DE Bench Day
Benched vs 2 yellows today, speed was ok, actually felt a bit tired probs from the squat workout Friday. Did sets of 5 again and then moved to Militarys. These were tough but I managed to progress. Finished with a lot of cable rows. DE Bench Day 5/6/10 Bench vs 2 yellows 4x5 50kg 4x5 55kg (a little slow) Military Press 3x7 35kg DC Cable Rows 5 sets up to 92kg x 8 |
ME Squat Day
Wow, SFW today, hit about 3 PRs on Box squat mornings, nice. Pulled sumo next and the kids wanted to go to the park so I cut it short and had fun with the kids!! Went back in later and did accessory stuff.
