Light Day

Felt tired today, but got in a decent workout tho, squats were feelin ok, still a bit sore from monday.I lightened up press and went with a tad more volume, my whole shoulder area was pumped up bigtime!! I havent done rep work for ages especially on shoulders, it felt nice to have good bar speed again on presses I then did some speed work/form practice with deadlifts.10 super easy singles at about 50%.

Light Day 6/2/08
Squat 3x3 70kg
Press 4x8 35kg (the pain people the pain!!)
DE Deadlift 10x1 70kg

Excellent. Much tighter. Looks like you drift back more as the sets go on but it's really good. Great work.

What is that you are using, a cooler? That'll work.

Good job. The form looks pretty good, maybe just a little tighter to control the slight drift back but overall really good man!!
