Hey folks been running late, I went away fishing for the ANZAC day long weekend over here in Aus, so I only hit the gym twice this week.

I did deadlifts for 4x2 again man they were hard, and my form was off, I had a pretty bad headache tho! Might either alternate cleans with deadlifts every week or speed deadlifts with heavy deadlifts, not sure yet.I hit a nice PR on press for a triple, and then did the back off set for 10 reps,to finish up I did 4 sets of pullthrus and some abs.

Deadlift Day 24/4/08
Deadlifts 4x2 132.5kg
Press 1x3 48.5kg 1x10 32.5kg
Pullthrus 4x10 70kg
Abs

Only caught 3 bloody fish too!

Thx Widdoes

Deadlift Day, still honing my technique on deadlifts, constatly trying to improve, I was planning on doing some speed work but after a few adjustments in stance and bar positioning I wanted to check my form with slightly heavier weights so I just worked up a bit.I hit 140kg and my form was much better this time,on to press and I hit a PR there of 50kg, I wanted 3 reps but called it quits after 2, I probably could have got the 3rd but my lower back was starting to twinge so I missed it.Finished off with cable rows and some core work.

Deadlift Day 30/4/08
Deadlifts120kg,130kg & 140kg 1x1
Press 1x2 50kg (PR) 1x5 40kg
Cable Row 4x10 60kg,70kg,85kg,85kg
Abs & Back Extensions

DE Day

So I fucked up my weight for squats and did 2 sets of 2 with 70kg before I realised I should have been doing 60kg!! So I backed down and did the last 8 sets with 60kg.I will get a vid up too, I want yall to check my speed, I feel slow.I also need a better box it is awkward with the plates on top of the cooler they come loose and move sometimes, Not good! On to RDLs, I like these, I have no idea if Im doing them right but they feel good! also got vids so Eric can flame me if need be!! DE bench next and that was cool I need to work on my setup a bit still but its slowly coming. After all that some tri extensions and abs.

DE Day 2/5/08
DE Box Squat 2x2 70kg 8x2 60kg
RDL 3x3 80kg,90kg,90kg 1x1 110kg
DE Bench 8x3 45kg
Tri ext DB 25kg 3x10
Abs
