your squats are pretty darn good. you manage to avoid the lower back rounding completely. very good. even if you lack depth you are breaking parallel but most importantly you aren't rounding your back. damn cool!!

The look good. Challenging though so you definetely would not want to just plug away until failure with that.
I'd like to help but I really don't know how to help someone with a belt. Seriously . I don't know how to make someone stronger when they have an artificial crutch all the time. I'll be happy to give ideas as to progressions and cycles but if something goes wrong I won't have a clue what to tell you because I won't know if it's core related, etc...
You should probably change your signature though

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Thanks for the propers guys
E Belts for squatting rule ok I love it! LOL but seriously my plan was to try go 3-4 weeks of heavy doubles and then rotate to another exercise like medium stance box squats (BELTLESS!!) and then maybe some rack pulls or high bar squats for heavy singles.I am glad you brought up not plugging away until failure on back squat progression tho cos I probably would have just done doubles until they stalled. As for the belt well my plan was to try some other exercises beltless and see how things go.As for bench I was thinking of trying my luck with a westside setup, having an ME day and rotating exercises like floor press, 2-3 boards and maybe some form of close grip benching, rotating the exercises each week.Thoughts????????
OH BTW

ME Bench Day
So I did floor presses today and tried to get a feel for where Im at with bench,I hit a max of 100kg but wasnt real happy with the lift,I got a vid so yall can see what happened ,I had the barbell set up on my preacher curl bench and I had a couple of boxes just under the bar for safety whilst it was racked but on my last set I must have moved the boxes a bit cos on the descent of my last rep the plates hit the boxes and I lost the groove, FUCKKITY FUCK!!! I got the rep but she was a stinker, also I didnt get my 3 lifts at 90% or greater I only got 2.Some bad calculations! After I did some incline close grips for 3x8 and Pullups and a one arm dumbell press, had a great pump by the end of things.
ME Bench Day
Floor Press 1x1 80kg 90kg & 100kg
Incline CG Press 2x8 1x5 40kg
Pullups BW 7,7,6,6,5
One Arm Press 2x12 10kg

De Squat/Deadlift Day
So I had shitty work seminars for the past 2 days, which food wise I prepared badly for, so I spent the days eating whatever was served and fuck all else, which means small amounts of protein and shitloads of simple carbs so energy levels were in the toilet.Box squats were nice and tight again but I still feel slow as a turtle.I try to explode up off the box but dont feel very fast.Deadlifts were great tho, I did my 1st 5 singles at 80kg and these felt great so I went to 100kg for 4 singles, these also felt awesome so I went to 110kg for 4 more singles.Great stuff, looking forward to maxing on deadlifts soon as Im much more comfortable with my form nowdays. After that some extensions and other low body stuff for reps.So far Im enjoying the variety of the slightly altered routine.
DE Squat/Deadlift Day
Box Squat 10x2 70kg
Deadlift 5x1 80kg 4x1 100kg 4x1 110kg
Extensions and pullbacks and abs
