12/6/08 Sled Dragging on grass 6 Mins alternating between forward and backward dragging.40kg used was a bit much due to the resistence the grass adds.I'll go with 20 or so next time.

Thanks for the pictures. I'm going to copy this style as it looks simple enough to build and I know a few welders that can help me out.

DE Squat Day

I've lowered the weights slightly for the next squat wave in an effort to work on bar speed, at 60% I feel slow so I want to focus on really explodingunder the bar.Today felt great at 45% for 10x2 so hopefully Im on the right track.Moved to Bulgarian squats next I upped the weight from last week and did an extra set, still tough to keep balance but I did my best, next week Ill rty add weight and reps.I finished off with extensions and abs.

13/6/08
Box Squat @ 45% 57.5kg 10x2
Bulgarians 4x6 25kg
Extensions and abs

those bulgarians do wonders for balance...i do alot better if i take it pretty slow...and took me like six months to find the right distance between the bench and the foot on the floor

ME Squat day

Kinda tired going into this session, had a bit of a stressfull day and weekend, had a decent workout but it sure was tough.I managed to hit some decent doubles with squats and then moved to GMs I know last week I said fuck it ill switch them out, but they are a weakness so I need to work them harder!! Form was much better today and my hams and glutes were fried!! Finished off with some homemade reverse hypers and abs.Tired.

ME Squat Day 16/6/08
Squat 2x2, 1x1 127.5kg
GMs 3x3 80kg
Rev Hyper 4x10 5kg tied to feet!!!
Abs

Man those reverse hyper sure smashed my glutes and lower back!!
